Officers Ralph Volk (left) & Mark Dorsey Officers Volk and Dorsey have been members of the Baltimore County Police Department for 14 and 15 years respectively. They are currently assigned to the Belair Road Business Patrol which incorporates all businesses in Overlea, Fullerton, and Perry Hall. They can regularly be seen patrolling these areas in cars, bicycles, and on foot.

Officer Terry Conway Working as a bicycle/foot patrolman, Officer Terry Conway began serving the Overlea and Parkville business districts on April 1, 1997. Officer Conway is a 26 year veteran of the Baltimore County Police Department and is a 1969 graduate of Parkville High School. Officer Conway and his family reside in the Parkville area. Look for Officer Conway as he makes his frequent bicycle and foot patrols in our community.
